At Hello Sweet Dreams, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely so you can get back to better nights of sleep. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE — Estimated delivery 0–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout — Estimated delivery 2–5 business days

International:

  • Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout — Estimated delivery 7–21 business days

On average, most of our customers receive their order within 5–7 business days (processing and shipping time included).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@hellosweetdreams.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Hello Sweet Dreams is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.
